Rick Fazio, Vice President of Sales – Rick joins our team as a sales leader with over 20 years of experience building and managing domestic and international high-performance sales teams. Rick is an accomplished self-directed leader that excels in managing relationships, developing sales training programs, and establishing partnerships geared toward revenue growth. He will be responsible for managing the Employco sales team and motivating them to succeed, hiring, training, developing sales strategies, working closely with marketing, and building meaningful relationships with clients.

Melonie Allen, Contract and Labor Coordinator – Melonie is hard-working, dedicated and brings a coveted set of HR and payroll skills to our team. She is stepping into a new position Employco created that will be dedicated to handling union contracts, labor calls, and staying on top of changes to wages and taxes. Melonie will also be assisting with various payroll tasks.

Employco USA announces the opening of their newest location at 1221 Brickell Avenue, Miami, Florida.
“Florida has always been an important state for Employco since our first acquisition in 2010. With the new location in the heart of downtown Miami, we look to continue our growth with a concentration in Southeast Florida as well as our expanded presence in Puerto Rico,” says Rob Wilson, President of Employco USA.
Employco celebrated its 26th anniversary over the weekend on April 16th.
Bob, Rob and Scott Wilson founded the company 26 years ago; a true family business start-up. 26 years later – Employco is nationwide and one of the largest HR outsourcing firms. We are proud to have a third generation in the business. Over the years we have provided HR and insurance solutions to hundreds of companies, and have helped them save countless dollars on workers’ compensation and employee benefits through our buying power.
